Operations services:

• Operate the plant in a safe, compliant and efficient manner to maximize owner's profit and sustain the long term value of the plant and infrastructure
• Implement or transition existing management programs to DPS programs, based on DPS' operating procedures, maintenance manual, EH&S manual, training and qualification program and employee handbook
• Maintain care, custody and control over the plant and the site
• Advise and recommend spares, tooling and inventory requirements
• Recommend plant and procedural changes to improve or correct operability, maintainability and reliability issues
• Record readings and maintain all operating logs and records
• Develop site specific operational plans and administrative procedures
