Don W. Driskill
President, Delta Power Services

Mr. Driskill has over thirty years experience in power generation and propulsion system operations, maintenance and engineering, with twenty-one years primarily focused on domestic and international power asset operations management. Prior to being hired by Delta Power Services, he led the facilities operations activities in the Western U.S., Asia, Central and South America for three nationally recognized industry leaders in the power generation field. Mr. Driskill received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He received his Master of Science in Operations Research from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA.

Mark A. Beaulieu
Operations Director, Delta Power Services

Mr. Beaulieu has been in the power industry for 19 years and related industries for an additional 15 years. Mr. Beaulieu has experience in combined cycle applications, simple cycle projects, biomass, and steam power plants. Mr. Beaulieu has held various management positions in several recognized power industry companies in Western US and Asia Pacific regions including Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Pakistan and Singapore. Mr. Beaulieu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a second BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering and has done graduate level studies in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainability.

Michael Carstens
Eastern Region Manager, Delta Power Services

Mr. Carstens has over 45 years experience in the operation, maintenance, and asset management of power generation facilities. Prior to his current position with Delta Power Services as Eastern Region Manager, Mr. Carstens held management positions at both the plant and regional levels for three nationally recognized industry leaders in the power generation field. He has previous experience in gasoline, diesel, coal, biomass, and hydro generating plants as a High Voltage Electrician, Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Director, and Regional Director. Mr. Carstens received his initial training in the power generation field through US Air Force schools over a 14-year period. He is a graduate of the Air Force Non-Commissioned Officers Academy. He is also a member of IEEE and the NFPA and is a private pilot.

Roger E. Moreno
Sales and Marketing Manager, Delta Power Services

Mr. Moreno has over 12 years experience in the electric power generation business with over 5 years in third-party O&M service sales and marketing. As DPS Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr. Moreno is responsible for business development through communicating and promoting DPS services to sales contacts in the independent power, municipal utility, and the electric generation industry at large. Previous business experience includes Sales, Marketing, Proposal Development, Cost Accounting, and Cash Flow Analysis in the industrial service industry. Prior to becoming Sales and Marketing Manager, Mr. Moreno was the DPS EH&S Manger. With over 17 years in the EH&S field, Mr. Moreno was responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of the DPS EH&S policies, procedures, and program. Mr. Moreno conducted due diligence reviews for potential asset acquisitions, performed Best Practices Reviews for existing facilities as well as supported and advised plants with all EH&S related topics and issues giving him sound understanding and experience in the electric generation O&M business. Additionally, Mr. Moreno brings expertise from the Electric Power Generation, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Agency sector with over 20 years of increasing responsibility and knowledge. Mr. Moreno graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, TX.

Connie Cotter
SPHR, Human Resource Manager, Delta Power Services

Ms. Cotter brings 30 years of Human Resource experience to Delta Power Services where she is responsible for the corporate and plant level HR function including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, staffing, HRIS, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, ethics and compliance, training, and organizational development. Ms. Cotter gained her experience during her career with Columbia Energy Group as HR Manager and Sr. HR Consultant. She is a certified mediator, Myers-Briggs Consultant, Behavioral Interviewing Instructor, and Relocation Counselor. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Ms. Cotter graduated Summa Cum Laude from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
